Please note that we do not offer Cash on Delivery on all orders. 

 

Order Processing and Shipping:​

• All orders typically ship within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase, barring any unforeseen circumstances or holidays.

• Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

• Should you experience any delays beyond the estimated shipping timeframe, please notify us immediately with your order details at store@ancalimart.com

• Please note that we do not support Cash on Delivery on all orders, weather by phone or on site.

Orders by Phone:

• All orders by phone are shipped only when payment is received through QR Code or Payment Link provided to customers, when communicated on WhatsApp or Email.

• In case of Order not being paid by customers, the customer has a grace period of 3 days of sending the order to make the payment, after which the order will be deemed cancelled by us.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

• We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 250. Shipping fees is liable to all orders below this value.

• Please note that Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable, specific to paid shipping. 

• These fees cover the costs associated with processing, packaging, and transporting your order.

 

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it, intact with the purchase invoice.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

 

Return Process:

• We will require a picture or PDF of the purchase invoice or a picture of the shipping label to verify your order.

• Please contact our customer service team at store@ancalimart.com to request a return authorization and provide your order details.

• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured to cover any damages or loss during transit.

• Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to verify their eligibility for a refund or exchange.

• If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, including the cost of return shipping borne by the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the damage or defect, and a picture of the shipping label or purchase invoice. 

• We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

Manufacturing Defects and Delivery Issues:

• In the rare event of any manufacturing defects or delivery problems, we are here to assist you.
